Office Hours Live is a public coaching session with Jaron centered on real-time voicework, streamed live on social media.
The focus is learning through clarity and conversation — not performance. These sessions offer a transparent look into the coaching process and the kinds of questions, discoveries, and adjustments that can happen in the moment.
Anyone is welcome to watch and observe. Participation is invite-only and offered at no cost to selected participants.
Individuals and groups interested in being considered may submit an intake form below.
Sessions are streamed publicly on social media.
One participant or entity is selected per session.
Sessions are offered periodically and last approximately thirty minutes.
FORMAT & PARTICIPATION
Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older.
Participants must be comfortable with a live, front-facing coaching setting.
ELIGIBILITY
Submit the Office Hours Live Intake Form in full.
Qualifying submissions will be contacted with confirmation and next steps.
One submission is required per individual or group.
Submissions may be considered for current and future Office Hours Live sessions.
SUBMISSION & SELECTION PROCESS
Sessions are recorded and may be shared publicly across social media and other platforms. Participation indicates consent to be recorded and for the content to be used in future Office Hours Live material.
Submission and participation do not create an ongoing coaching relationship.
